About the Role


Key Responsibilities:

Lead Conversion & Sales Execution
Contact and convert inbound and outbound leads into customers using consultative selling over phone, WhatsApp, and video calls
Pitch relevant plans or products based on customer needs
Achieve set targets on calls, meetings, and conversions

Customer Engagement
Follow up regularly with leads and prospects to keep them engaged
Address objections, answer product-related questions, and build trust
Ensure smooth onboarding and handover to support teams after conversion

CRM & Reporting
Maintain accurate lead and call records using CRM tools (e.g., LeadSquared, Zoho, Salesforce)
Update lead status and ensure timely follow-ups
Report daily activity and performance metrics to the team lead

Market Insight
Share customer feedback and insights with internal teams to improve product offerings
Stay updated with product knowledge, pricing, and industry trends

Requirements

  • Strong verbal and written communication

  • Persuasive with the ability to understand customer needs and recommend solutions

  • Goal-oriented with the ability to meet daily/weekly targets

  • Comfortable with CRM tools and structured follow-ups

  • Willing to learn and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
